I first heard about Open Space from a fellow student in my organizational psychology program. I learned more by doing a paper on Open Space for a class. I was intrigued and took the leap and signed up for Open Space training with Lisa Heft. I emerged from the training with a committment to OST. I have worked or consulted in the area of information systems for the federal bureacracy for over 30 years. At this point in my life, I am looking to do work with people in community rather than dealing with communications and computer systems. I am employed full time with a large consulting firm and hope to find application for OST in my work. I would also be interested in interning/volunteering with an experienced OST facilitator to gain additional experience with OST.
