Self-organizing change is at the heart of my work. I created "Dynamic Facilitation as a way to elicit self-organization for individuals, groups and organizations. In particular Dynamic Facilitation can be used to elicit a new level of democracy, where the people self-organize, through the Wisdom Council process. Currently, there are experiments with this new process underway in several places throughout the world.

I'm interested in exploring the barriers to self-organizing change and how to overcome them. Even though it works, we know how to do it, and people experience the goodness of it, why are these miraculous new approaches so slow to "take off?"
