Notice that /SecondNewPage on SubPages/NewPage is itself also SubPage and is a shorthand way to refer to SubPages/SecondNewPage. This is important if you're referring to something within a proceedings document and want to make another page that's related. You have to use the /SecondNewPage syntax for it to work out properly.
