Tell us about a meaningful experience you have had with self-organizing and/or ways you are engaging with new forms of leadership and organization.: On the large scale, there's the Internet of course. On a smaller scale, someone who recently facilitated an all-day house retreat (i live in a co-op) appreciated that we had a way of finding where the energy was and allowing it (or pushing it :-) to emerge. I've been in many groups that manage to do this without a lot of formal process; it can be pretty magical.

When you think about leadership in a self-organizing world, what questions are cooking you? What do you hope to learn at this gathering?: How do we get more of the people who are already part of this movement to see and act like they are all part of the same movement?
