Open Space fosters participation and creative thinking of all involved. While all members of the Leadership Team are being invited to share their ideas, which will lead to improving, there are several things that have already been determined. They are:
1. Fonkoze will continue to pursue becoming licensed as a commercial bank.
2. Fonkoze will continue to place high priority on empowering women.
