Some people advoccate writing with a carriage return between each sentence. Since the wiki doesn't pay attention unless you put in two carriage returns in a row, this means it won't be visible to the reader. The value comes for RecentChangesJunkies because they can more easier hone in on the differences between versions. The differences will then be show by sentence, not whole paragraph. Are there any downsides to this type of writing?

It makes the edit box hard to read. It makes the text a pain-in-the-arse to copy and paste elsewhere. There are plenty of other little style things that I think we'd want users to learn before this bit. My two cents. --MichaelHerman
