Tell us about a meaningful experience you have had with self-organizing and/or ways you are engaging with new forms of leadership and organization.: In our community, we are currently doing some self organizing around building informal supports for families that are socially isolated due to children with severe behavior challenges.
When you think about leadership in a self-organizing world, what questions are cooking you? What do you hope to learn at this gathering?: How to notice high-leverage opportunities to develop broad community leadership? I want to discuss with others how they are participating in experiences with grassroots democracy and asset-based leadership.
