Tell us about a meaningful experience you have had with self-organizing and/or ways you are engaging with new forms of leadership and organization.: I have been facilitating and mediating in a style that primarily listens for the emergent while at the same time takes into account power relations. I also work toward inspiring collective spirit.

When you think about leadership in a self-organizing world, what questions are cooking you? What do you hope to learn at this gathering?: More ways to inspire trust so that you don't have to have a full agenda before you have even begin. How do you inspire support when you can't name "outcomes." How do we inspire the desire for the "outsider perspective" and not assume we already know.
