I believe a lot of answers can be found in Open Space and Organization Constellations.
The moment I write this (23th august), I'm here in Bramstrup in Denmark just a few hours before the OSONOS will start of. I'm here also on vacation and my wife Anne Lies and daughter Lisa join me here at this place in our caravan; thanks to them I have the possibility to be here! The place is great (thanks to Nils!) and the organising team has done a beatiful job already.
Earlier in may this year I had the opportunity the be present in Wuerzburg, Germany, where the Conference on Constellation Work was followed by the Open Space with 2108 participants. I'm very excited to meet everyone here in the OSonOS, and like to share some of the ideas and experiences that come from Open Space and the Constellation Work.
At the moment I like to share some ideas about "being open" as a facilitator: In Open Space: to be totally present and totally invisible. In Constellation Work: to be "one up" and "one down". And also about leadership: guidance versus control.
It seems that both Open Space and Constellation work at the moment are guiding to possibilties for creating peace, as both Harrison Owen and Bert Hellinger do their work in the heart of the conflict. In Wuerzburg there was some very impressing storytelling about this.
I'm still working on an article about Open Space and Constellation work, everyone who likes a draft of this article, please E-mail me!
